Not Happy!!!!

  I have not been using this site for almost a month. I got an email saying that it will expire in the next 30 days and that I can renew if I wish to… I did not click renew because I no longer need the site. I have just been to do the weekly food shop with the last of my money for my family only to have my card declined because you have taken £51 out of my account unauthorised!!! Now I have two young children without food or electric because of this! Please sort it asap!

  Looking at the account I can see that there was a charge from 2018-07-23. That’s the last charge we processed on this account.

  The charge that you’re referring to must be connected to a different user account. Do you know what site URL you were billed for?

  If not, try going to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the contact support link from the right hand side the page to reach our billing team directly.
