Not happy someone hacked into my partners site

  Someone has hacked into donsduals website and is sending him porn related content. This is NOT OKAY. I have had to create this account just so I can get hold of WordPress as my partner can’t get into his WordPress account to deal with it. I want his account checked as someone is sending inappropriate content to his email. I can screenshot it if it helps.
