Not Happy with Purchases

    Hi,
    I just purchased one year Premium Themes and changed font and backgrounds and now I can’t publish it because I need to upgrade.

    Please explain? If I can’t do the simplest of changes, how do you expect me to be an active advocate of WordPress. Please note I was there in the 90’s singing your praises, now I’m back I’m disappointed.

  • @lynbayliss, I was able to figure out what happened: normally you can’t buy this add-on unless your site has an upgrade that supports it. Yours had that upgrade once many years ago, and somehow the system let you purchase it.

    I can cancel and refund now; doing so would switch your theme to default, though. If you’ll confirm your intentions, we’ll go from there.

    Or, you should also be able to cancel here and automatically get a refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase.
