Not happy with the customer care service

    Hi,

    Just would like to express my disappointment of the customer care service of WordPress. When the user has any problem, it seems there’s no way we can contact and talk to the staff directly so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible. The forum doesn’t seems to be a most efficient way to communicate. I have posted my question for so long and nobody answered me. Providing a better customer care service is really a thing that WordPress should consider doing.

    If anybody saw the post and can help my follow questions…I’ll be really grateful.

    I accidentally delete my domain but now I really want it back as I really need the domain name. I was wondering whether it is possible to map a deleted domain in WordPress ? or I need to buy it back through something like GoDaddy then I can map it? Is there a way for WordPress to cancel cancellation and bring the domain back?
