Not having confirmation email from WorldPness since long time

    I am not getting confirmation email since long time and spent many times to get it. My business is heavily hampered for want of photo identity with email address from gravatar to confirm. Yesterday I changed my WorldPress.com password, but having the same problem while adding my email.

    Sometimes a WordPress.COM system glitch prevents you from receiving the confirmation email. So, I am tagging this thread for staff attention. Please be patient, someone from the staff will be here to assist you soon.

    Meanwhile you can do these:
    1. Check the spam folder of your inbox.
    2. If you are using gmail please check the Updates, Social and the Promotions tab as well.
    3. Make sure you have typed in the correct email address.

    Hi there,

    What confirmation email are you looking for? Your account was activated over 2 years ago when you created it, so there is nothing you need to confirm at this stage.
