  Hi there,

  Is the site you exported from still online?

  If it is then what is the URL please?

  Has 24 hours passed since you tried to import?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

  Hello,

  Are you seeing any error messages when you try to import the file?

  Have you tried importing the file using a different browser?

  Let me know and we’ll go from there.
