Not impressed with customer support.

I hear that your customer support is very good but I am not impressed so far. I only see buttons to push nobody to answer questions. I’d like to talk to a live body before committing that money. BTW suppose you answer this where would I see it? NOT GOOD

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @adeleoldtowngmailcom,

I can understand your frustration. WordPress has no phone number to contact, and live chat is only available with a paid plan. I believe this is for a couple reasons: their employees all work remotely and their software runs about one-third of the internet! That’s incredible. And having all the questions, etc. on a forum helps other users find it. This also frees them up to assist people with more difficult issues.

I find they’re very responsive on this forum, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of their support. Also, volunteers, like me, are very willing to help answer questions!

You can request a refund within 30 days as stated here:

I really suggest trying out the free version to get a feel for it before taking the leap. It’s a wonderful product really.

    Hope this was helpful.

Thanks for your reply. We have a complicated site that we want to import into WordPress but I’m not sure first of all what plan we need. I talked to somebody once(did not realize how privileged I was) and he said this could be done but I’m not sure he knew all the bells and whistles we have notably 183 users with passwords and also mountains of documents. He said we could get an assistant for $145 a month and our board wants to know if there is a contract. I’m not sure what the program is. Can you help?

  • Sure! It sounds like at the very least the business plan would suit your needs:

However, before I make any suggestions, would you mind if I take a look at your current site? I would be able to get a better idea of what direction I would recommend you all take if I get a better understanding of what you all currently have set up.

Feel free to email us as well if you prefer to continue the discussion in private:

    Thanks,
