NOT Impressed with WordPress

  I uploaded a PDF via Media. I made a change to the PDF. I (re)uploaded it. Media shows me the change. Page shows me original (before change). Deleted Media; deleted Page; Uploaded PDF; Recreated Page; Shows original PDF and NOT the changed one. How do I fix this?

  Page shows me original (before change).

  It sounds like your browser may have cached the original PDF so please try clearing your browser cache using these steps:
