    I purchased the personal plan for a different site. I canceled it because it was the wrong one but I haven’t been given my money back. How do I get the refund?

    Is this about the upgrades for nathanjerabekschan.wordpress.com?

    Sometimes, when asking for a refund, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead. This often happens when you cancel a purchase immediately. From what I can see, this is what happened for nathanjerabekschan.wordpress.com.
    Have a look at your statement; the original charges shouldn’t be there anymore. Your bank can also offer some information about this.
