Not keeping the vimeo code?

  problem linking my video code
  Everytime that I am pasting the code of my vimeo videos is deapearing and not saving the info inside the post.
  trying all so far and nothing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. I see a lot of vimeo videos on your site, so I’m not sure if you resolved the problem, or you’re having trouble with new videos. It looks like the ones I see are using the vimeo shortcode and it’s working (Melissa & Jose [A Love Story Concept Film in Paris, France] is *beautifully* shot, btw), so on the ones that aren’t working, how are you trying to embed them?

  Pasting a link to the video on its own line or using the shortcode (both outlined here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/ ) should work fine. Using the Vimeo-generated JavaScript embed code will not work, as JavaScript gets stripped for security reasons. Can you confirm what method you’re using on the failed embeds?

  I found that copying the exact code vimeo offering is not working. Is not attaching the code from Vimeo any more and as soon you update the post the code automatically is vanishing. I found a work around…. I posted [the short version link code and now works]

  The “embed code” produced by Vimeo contains javascript, that’s the problem. Here’s a post I wrote a while back that explains the difference, specifically about embedding Vimeo videos: http://jenmylo.com/2010/11/20/embedding-video-on-wordpressdotcom/
