Not letting me customize homepage of website

  Hello, I’m trying to customize an element of the homepage of my website and add a clickable link to it but I’m not being allowed the option to edit my homepage.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @hmblhssl, I noticed too the site you’ve shared isn’t hosted here, so your setup could be quite different from what we use. But your theme’s support may be able to help.

  If you need more help, I’d recommend checking in with your hosting provider. Or, there is another set of forums for the free WordPress software:
