  Can you explain what part of the payment process isn’t working? Does any error appear?

  I see that you made a post 21 hours ago where you mention an error stating “Purchases are currently disabled”. Is it that same error?

  If so, according to the staff that responded to you, supernovia, it seems to be related to you having recently filed a chargeback, which triggered an investigation and locked plan upgrades temporarily.
