Not letting me update anything

    When I try to update WordPress itself it says

    “Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-6.7.1-new-bundled.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

    Could not create directory.: /home1/hendapts/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-6.7.1-new-bundled

    Installation failed.”

    When I try to update the plugins it says “Update failed: Could not create directory. /home1/hendapts/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/akismet.5.3.5”

    Please if anyone can help or has any idea what’s going on please reply, thank you!

    We can’t help as yu are obviously talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org. You must contact your hosting support.
