Not letting me upload a profile picture

  I keep trying to upload a profile picture but it just loads and then fails, and then tells me to try again. I’ve tried about 8 times now. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  Is this when you add it from https://wordpress.com/me?

  What is the file size of the image, and what type of image file is it? JPG, GIF, PNG?

  Please check if clearing your browser cache helps at all.

  Else you can see if you’re able to add it via Gravatar.com instead, at https://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/new
