Not letting me upload a video

    Hi there I need to upload one video for this website however each time I try to do it in different formats such as MP3, MP4 it says it’s not supported

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can’t upload video’s on a free wordpress.com website. You can only embed video’s from several platforms, https://wordpress.com/support/videos/
