Not listed, although doing everything right?

    Hi,

    I started a personal blog 1 month ago, and I use it to put up recepies and stories from my journey to loose weight through a low carb diet. None of my posts are shown when searching on my tags, whereof Receitas (recepies in Brazilian Portuguese) is probably the most important and used one.

    The blog is in Brazilian portuguese, I have posted 30 posts, and probably 20 of them are receitas. I use between 3 o 6 tags and 1 category and 1 under category per post (e.g. receitas>meat) and it is nothing offensive or comercial about it. Still, when I use receitas as search tag in Read Blogs or Find Topic (version Brazil), my posts are not shown. Furthermore, the posts that are actually shown are very few and old, e.g. 1st can be 1 day, 3rd post in the list can be 2 weeks old and already the 5th could be as much as 2 month old.

    What am I doing wrong? Overall, the results of my searches feels weired. What can be going on?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the answer. I have already read these pages and they give very good tips, but do not explain the weird results that I get:

    1. Searching the topic Receitas the result are very old posts. It seems that there is not much to choose between, but (I assume) there should be plenty.

    2. Looking on the most comon tags (the cloud on the Topic main page) you have a lot of Mature tags, e.g. anal, macho x macho, homens nu, etc. but not Receitas. It feels weired, since Mature blogs should not even be listed, and the english version has Recepies as a very popular tag.

    Is the Brazilian version really working well?
