Not loading

Nothing is loading when I go to write a new blog post or contact support through the search/chat widget. Please advise.

Oh! Your account is loading normally from my side, so please try clearing your browser cache with these steps:
If that doesn’t help, it would be great if you could also try using a different browser. That will help us narrow down where the issue is.

I cleared my cache in Chrome – but when I go to my site and click “post” it’s still not loading – and it reverts to this URL:

I pulled up Firefox – the “write” feature works but I prefer to work in Chrome. Please advise. Thank you.

When you say it reverts there, can you let us know what it’s reverting from? And, is that screen mainly blank or do you see anything there?
Also, do you have any extensions or security features set in Chrome that could be blocking JavaScript?

Yes when I click on the “write” button on the upper right hand corner of my blog at: https://simpleandfreelife.com/ — it goes to WordPress.com/post and shows a blank page.
I have not changed any settings on my security features since my last post.

Please open an incognito window in Chrome and log in. Does things work there?
Do you have any add-ons installed in Chrome? Does it make any difference if you disable those?
Also please make sure you have JavaScript enabled in Chrome. You can see that by visiting http://supportdetails.com/

Javascript is enabled, yes.
It does open in icognito.
I only have 1Password and Amazon extensions. It still does not work in normal mode when they are disabled. -
Husband helped. Went to the admin page and did a new login. Seems to be working now.

When this happens it usually means something in your browser, or a file stuck somewhere in your computer or router’s connection cache, is blocking some of the files our site needs to work from loading on your end.
Please let us know should this happen again.
