Not loading at all on mobile!

    Hi.

    My site is http://www.brainstormpro.com

    It’s not showing anything on mobile.

    I have jetpack installed but deactivated the mobile part.

    My theme is genesis I thought it would work by default on mobile. Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    I was able to load brainstormpro.com correctly on my mobile. Could you try clearing your mobile browser’s cache as a first troubleshooting step? If that doesn’t help, try accessing your site on a different network. There may be a network block at play.

    It’s also worth noting that, although your site is running on the free software available at WordPress.org, it’s hosted outside of WordPress.com.

    The difference between the two types of WordPress (WordPress.com and WordPress.org) can be an understandable point of confusion and our guide here offers a good overview.

    As your site is hosted elsewhere, staff here at WordPress.com don’t have access to your files and these forums aren’t the best place for you to get help. Instead, I recommend the WordPress.org forums here:
