  Hi,
  i cannot log into my website, which is robinmochi.com not this hygeiatalks.
  Please help me log on, as i need to renew

  my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  i see that i can log in using my name, but when i ask to for password change the email never comes to my email. the email i sent previous is my email address so unsure why i’m not receiving email to change password, checked junk not in there either.

  I have checked the logs, and the password reset email has reached your inbox correctly. You are probably checking a different email address, or it went straight to Spam (check your Spam/Junk folders).
  You have also been sent a renewal notification to the correct email address. If you can see it, then this is the email address you should be using to log in to the correct account.

  If you don’t remember the credentials, please look for a recent transaction ID, and use it to fill this form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.

  Do not post the transaction ID here, as these are public forums.
