  Not opening the website

  I have two years back tried to make some website with WordPress with name newscuttingblog.wordpress.com . After some initial work , I left the site. Howver every year i am being charged with some amount for premium account . Now even the Bill cones from WordPress.com as Premium account for newscuttingblog.wordpress.com
  [redacted], when i click for this URL , it takes me to that URL but now when I click at my websites it shiws at http://www.ksrana.com view ksranablog.wordpress.com . No where I can see my domain name . How to resolve this issue as I would like to use this webiste .
  I have already paid , still not getting this is something I would like to resolve .
