Not previewing changes

  Hi
  I am trying to make some custom upgrades to my site. I use the Structure Theme and have an Upgrade Bundle. When I go to Colours to make changes to the background etc, and when I try and preview other Themes the page sometimes loads but quickly goes blank or won’t preview at all. I’m using Safari and Google. I’ve cleared the cache, enabled cookies, refreshed the page and ensured all my software is up to date. Any ideas?
