Not printing when using Woo Commerce shipping label

    Hello,
    We are using Woo Commerce and when we use ORDERS and bring up a order after we purchase a shipping label and try to print it using our HP Officejet 6950 printer it sends something to the printer but after the printer starts it just shuts down and does not print the shipping label. We tried another printer and got the same results again. So something with the printer driver in Woo Commerce is not working as it should. So as a work around we printed to a PDF file then opened the PDF file and printed the shipping label that way. Please advise how to fix this printing issue. Thanks, Robert

    Because your problem is regarding WooCommerce, you will find better help at the WooCommerce forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Keep in mind that these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting and your site (www.tolepaintingbookexchange.com) is using the WordPress.org open-source software hosted elsewhere.

    Doing a quick search I wasn’t able to find a similar issue solved there so I’m not able to point you in a better direction, but I’m sure they would be able to help you.
