Not publishing parts of website

  Hi, could you please look at my blog, I am not sure why the heading “DreamSoftly.com” is not showing up, it’s there when I mouse over it but won’t publish, could you please help?

  Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
