  Hi, I am not ready to commit to buying a domain. Can’t I just use the free one until I decide? It won’t let me create it

  Hi, it’s possible to create a free site by following the prompts and only choosing the free site option along the way. When you get to the choose a domain screen, the free site might be below the paid domain options but it should be there. If you don’t see that, please take a screenshot and share it here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

  Also, I assume you mean this is for a new, additional site to the free site you already have.
