    My website will expire in a few months [australiadiscovered.com.au] and I would like to design my own website using the same name. I am a writer who prints and publishes his own books as well as a map. There will be at least 7 books (3 are already published) in a series titled: Australia Discovered. Customers must be able to easily access the page, choose the book that they want; add postage and pay via PayPal and or any other easy to use payment. I also have a map for sale (First map of Australia). I sell promotional materials and will need a landing page so that people can find out what I sell and make an enquiry. A shop window needs to be created so that they can make payment upon receiving an invoice. I have looked at the following: Entrepreneur, The Writer, Business Identity and Publisher. Simplicity for me is the key. I don’t need a page that ‘chases’ customers and gets spam mail, but one where customers can easily navigate, choose their books and make a secure online payment. I need an email/enquiry button. My current email for my website is:[ (email visible only to moderators and staff)]. Buttons where people can share, such as twitter and facebook would be useful as my customers are my best advertisers. I also need an ‘OFF’ button. With each book, I often travel to gain a greater insight and I am sometimes away for more than a month. It would be good to have a message page that states: The author is away completing research for his next book. His expected return is: …… There is a lot of stuff that I simply don’t need in a website. The main thing is for people to easily access the website, navigate it and make a secure payment.     You can build a website on WordPress.com and use the same domain name.
    First, you need to upgrade plan to Premium. This will give you the option to accept Simple Payments and use your own custom domain name.
