  For what upgrade, on what site is this?

  I’ve checked the account you used to create this forum thread, and you haven’t owned any upgrades with us since March. We issued you a refund on 22 March, but you should long since have received that.

  If that’s the refund you’re referring to, please follow up with your bank directly if you didn’t receive that, because that would be a processing error on their end in that case.
