not receive refund 30 days

  I upgraded to map my domain less than 12 hours ago and it says I will not receive the refund because it was over 30 days ago or the payment was not received. I did pay $13 according to my receipt from you and my bank account. Why can’t I receive my refund? I would like to cancel domain mapping.
