Not received merchandise I bought

    I bought a Tapple Board Game from a woman that has an account with you on June 26th, 2022. I have yet to receive anything. Not a return email about shipping, a refund, or the product. I was hoping you could help me either get in touch with her through email or phone, or cancel my order and refund me.     Wordpress.com won’t and legally can’t reveal personal info of wordpress.com account. Nor can we refund you as we are only a hosting platform.
    Best is to get legal help.

    Hi,

    Do you mean that the site was hosted on WordPress.com? Or that it was built with WordPress, the open-source software? Or that it was using WooCommerce software to power the store?
