Not received my EPP authorization Code

    I’ve gone through to the ‘Manage Your Domains’ link to request the EPP or authorization Code. I’ve clicked on the ‘Email my code’ link and hit Send
    Send my authorization code to the Administrative email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
    However, I have not received anything and it’s been a few days already. I’m not quite sure what email address it has been sent to?

    Before requesting your EPP code, you need to disable private registration. Our support page Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar walks through each step.

    To disable private registration, visit your Store->My Upgrades page from your site’s dashboard and click the “Cancel Private Registration” link, then request the EPP code again.
