Not received my refund

Hello,
I processed a refund 11 business days ago 21st (Feb) and still haven’t received my refund.I have changed bank accounts in this period and the old current account it came out of is now closed as it was all completed yesterday.
I was hoping the refund would be back in time so there wasn’t any issues but now I’m not sure what I have to do.
The receipt number for all items refunded were Receipt #90293956

I just checked and confirmed that the refund was processed successfully on our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
The refund may have processed by your bank as a reversal, which means the original transaction gets removed instead of showing two separate transactions (one for the payment and another for the refund). Could you try contacting your bank/card issuer to see if that’s the case?
