Not received the premium plan for website making

    Sir I purchased my premium plan for website making but still I not received it. Emergent payment confirmed that my payment has successfully done . You are requested to do activate my plan

    No worries. We will get things figured out.

    There have not been any payments, upgrades, purchases, or plans added to the user account that you have contacted us from.

    Currently, you’re signed in as insightiq . This make me believe that the upgrade was bought under a different user account.

    When that purchase is made, we send out an emailed receipt. Try to sign in to WordPress.com with the email address where that receipt was delivered. Or, if you can let me know what site was registered with the plan, I’ll be able to help you get to the correct account with that information.
