Not receiving a verification code SMS

  Hi there, I was trying to get back into my account after not using it for a while, and I was getting the message that 2 step verification codes were being sent to my phone, but I never received them.
  I’ve tried to get them resent and made sure no auto blocking settings are set on my iPhone, but still nothing comes through?
  I was able to get onto my wordpress account by using one of the backup codes given to me back when I set things up, but I’m still unable to access my profile / personal settings.
  Not sure what I can do next? Any Ideas why I don’t get the messages?

  Verification messages are now working for me. Apparently all I had to do after trying serveral other things was to reboot my phone…
  Kind of embarrassing when ‘have you tried turning it off and back on again?’ is the actual solution!

  Thanks to support member Darcie for letting me know I could also enter a backup code to access the personal settings to disable the 2FA until I could figure out the issue :)
