Not receiving activation email

Add topic to favorites
I just started setting-up my words press blog. I have not received an activation email. I have tried resending, and I am confident that I have entered my email address correctly.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!

First, just wanted to make sure that you’ve checked your spam or junk folders to make sure that just in case, the activation email isn’t there.

If not, do you have any sort of email forwarding on the email that you used to sign up? Or are you using it say on a phone or through a third party [like Outlook, etc]?

Hi @svdpvistablog,

If you’ve already attempted to look at your spam or junk folders as @chernabogalpha has suggested, it may just be that the email is caught up in the system.

I’ve tagged this post with the modlook tag and they should be able to help you.

Please verify that the e-mail address here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

If you have checked your spam or junk folder as @chernabogalpha has recommended and that does not help, you can type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff to help. Make sure you subscribe to the thread, so that you are notified when they respond.
