Not receiving admin password reset emails

  I need to update this page and was prompted to reset my password when logging into admin. I’ve tried several times, but do not receive the password reset link in the email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) tied to the site. It doesn’t come into the inbox or to the spam folder.
  Is there an email address that I can add to the address book in case yahoo is blocking these from even getting into the spam folder?
