not receiving comments people say they make

    People have mentioned comments that apparently never went through since I never received an email notification of them and they are not on the dashboard awaiting approval. They are not in a spam folder either and I feel bad when people ask if I saw their comment and I see nothing.

    (I do have Askimet enabled so I know they are not going in a spam folder – and my spam folder is empty.)

    Any ideas??
