Not receiving confirmation email

  I am not receiving my confirmation email despit ehaving requested it a number of times. It is not to be found in my trash, junk, spam nor social and the email address is correct, i have checked a number of times. Any help with this would be great, i have just purchased a WP template and eager to get it up and running.
