Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if applicable. I have check the spam folder numerous times today and the social tabs. I have requested a confirmation letter 10 times today. http://www.girlinthecitydesigns.wordpress.com.

Some time email is caught by spam/junk folder while filtering make sure you have check this properly.

If you have confirmed that the email is not in either spam or your social tab, you may wish to try updating your email address to a different email for purposes of confirming your account. You can always change it back afterwards if you wish.

My spam folder is empty. I have checked it throughout the day. I know I set it up to the correct email because I even tried to reset my password and WordPress sent a reset password email within seconds. Even when I try updating the email address I still never receive a confirmation email. I have seen this same error happen a lot this past week. There are a lot of people including me today who have posted the same thing. It seems that the admins were able to fix it for them within the same day. I don’t know why it is taking so long with me. Weird.

I finally got it fixed. I was finally able to update the email address and then change it. Thanks!
