Not receiving confirmation email

  Hi:

  I have tried check for the past 2 days in my email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) for the confirmation this website keeps telling me to look for. I have not seen it in any of my inboxes (including spam/junk). Please let me know why the emails are not going through to my gmail account.

  I know it works because I changed the email to my work email and it went through fine, however, I cannot use that for personal emails.

  Please help.

  Hi chavonw1986,

  Since you’re using Gmail, have you checked the Social tab? Sometimes it winds up ther.

  Hi:

  I figured it would go there too, but it has not shown up in that tab either. I have never had this type of issue before.

  Let me know if you can think of any other troubleshooting tips.
