Not receiving confirmation email

  Hi there,
  I’m not getting any confirmation emails so I can start posting. I’ve checked I’ve given the right email and that it’s not in the spam folders etc. Whenever I click resend it says it has sent but there’s no sign of it. Any idea what the problem is?

  Hi amymusgrave,

  If you’re using Gmail, have you checked the Social tab as well?

  I’ve also tagged this topic for a Staff follow-up. They’ll be able to send you an email manually for verification.

  Your email is already confirmed and your account is activated, so you can publish posts and do everything else already. Are you having trouble posting? If so, I’d be happy to help.
