Not receiving confirmation email or reset password email

I am not receiving the confirmation email for the account I am currently logged into (newpointofviewcounseling.wordpress.com).
I am also not receiving a lost password email for a different account ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ).
These are both associated with outlook email accounts. Can you please let me know how to receive these emails?? Thanks!

Every site has a sole owner and every username account is registered under a single email address.
Please make sure your email address is correct on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account

Thank you for your response, timethief! The emails are both correct (I have several older blogs under one email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it’s been so long since I logged in I forgot the password but I am not receiving the “forgot email” link from wordpress).
Since I couldn’t access my other account, I used a different email to set up a new blog for a client. However, I faced the same problem with not receiving the confirmation email which prevents me from making changes, etc. Unfortunately, both emails are outlook so I think it’s an issue with outlook not allowing the emails to come through. I have checked the junk folders so the emails are definitely not getting stuck there.

The activation email for this account was definitely sent, about 10 hours ago, and it’s showing as successfully delivered. Try searching Outlook for “wordpress.com”. It might be in a filter somewhere. Also add that domain to your whitelist or safe senders list if Outlook has something like that.
Let me know if you don’t find it anywhere and I can help you manually activate this account.
The same goes for the password reset email to the hotmail address. Our system shows it as sent and delivered, but it might have been filtered on hotmail’s end. Let me know if you can’t find that either by searching the account.

I went in and found wordpress listed in the blocked senders list, removed it and was able to do the reset password task with the Hotmail account.
Is the newpointofviewcounseling account confirmed, or do I need to have that email resent?
