not receiving confirmation email to delete blog

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want I can delete the blog for you. Note that blog deletion is permanent and the name can never be used again. Please reply to confirm.
If you want to temporarily hide your blog instead, please use privacy option so only you and logged-in members of the blog can view it.

I also would like to delete a blog i havent used for a couple of years.
BUT cannot log in as I have forgotten password. I request password reset and nothing comes to me – perhaps ive used an old email?
It was a blog on behalf of a company who I no longer work for and who is now threatening me to demand removal – i.e.: leaving it inactive is not an option.
HELP!

We’re not able to give out or change account information to users other than the blog owner. The blog is registered under a different account and e-mail address. Please check your old e-mail account for any password reset e-mails when using the password reset page: http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

im nothing to do with holliewlokas – i was just trying to find a forum that had my problem.

@kickupthearts I know, but you are not the blog owner of that blog. The blog is registered under a different account. Only the blog owner is allowed to delete the domain. I am the owner!
It is probably under my other account julieeagleton.wordpress.com which under no account should be affected. This is a current live blog.

@kickupthearts I’m sorry, it’s registered under a totally different account. If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

Nope – cant do that – thats the point.
The reset email is not coming to my current email address, therefore i cant reset the password/do anything else at all to the blog….

I suggest contacting the company you worked for and ask them to remove the blog. The deletion e-mail probably goes to their e-mail address.

Not as easy as that. No it doesnt go top them , I was freelance and the blog is my copyright hence all under my name.
