Not receiving confirmation mail

This is my second account that I’ve made on WordPress in hopes of FINALLY acting upon my idea of blogging. Also, this is the second time I’m not able to do so because I don’t know where on earth my confirmation mail vanishes to!!! Needless to say, I am DISAPPOINTED. Can you please fix this?

There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account. The blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
