Not receiving "delete site" confirmation email/link

  I am not receiving the “delete site” confirmation email. I also tried changing my email address and doing the procedure again, but still I am not receiving anything.

  I already checked that the mails are not in the spam, and they are not. I am receiving other emails from wordpress (eg, the one about the email change, or the ones about comments or followers), but not the delete site one.

  There’s no blog linked to your username and you failed to provide a URL when you posted. Until you do that we have nothing to work with. Which blog do you want to delete? Post the URL. Have you checked in your email client spam filter?

  haifischx and whodsw, if you are still having difficulty with this, I will need to know the WordPress.com address of the sites you wish to delete. Also please note that deleting a site is permanent.

  For me, it’s:

  Haifischx.wordpress.com
  Joolsx.wordpress.com

  I thank you for your help, nonetheless I would like to know why the procedure is not working as supposed to, and what I should do to fix the problem (if the issue is on my “side”, rather than on “yours”).

  haifischx, the emails should be sent out to the email address you have listed for your WordPress.com account. On occasion, users cannot find these emails, so I am happy to delete sites upon request.

  I have deleted your two sites as you mentioned.
