Not receiving domain transition code

I requested the domain transition code but never received the email. I tried 5 times and have checked my spam folder. Really appreciate any help you can offer.

I’ll tag this thread for Staff help. Please post your email address here knowing that the software will redact ie. HIDE the email address so only Staff can see it. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi Sara,
Please note that you have to disable Private Registration to request the domain transfer code. You can disable it by going to Store > My Domains > Edit Domain > Transfer Domain.
