Could you let us know a little more about how you have your email set up for (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
Are you using an upgrade provided by WordPress.com, like Professional Email or Google Workspace, or did you set up email forwarding with a third party provider?
Let us know – along with which email provider you’re using if it’s the latter – and we’ll be glad to take a closer look.
