Not receiving email

  I have hosting through hostgator.com and they stated that I am probably not receiving my email because I didn’t have my DNS configured to receive email. They gave me instructions on how to go on wordpress and change my DNS but I am still not receiving emails. Please help!! I changed the A record and MX record as they told me to.

  Hi there,

  Are you still having trouble with your domain’s email service? I checked your domain and I see the A record and MX record you added there — it can take a little time for those to start working and your email service to kick in.

  If you are still having trouble with your email, please contact Hostgator for more help getting your email working. They control your email service, so they can double check to make sure everything is set up the way it needs to be. If they tell you to make any more changes to your domain’s DNS, let me know and I can help you make those changes. :)
