Not receiving email notification of blog posts from blogs I follow

I am not receiving emails from blogs I follow, even though I have it set up to receive them (and used to receive them).
I have a few different emails, and an old account that I don’t use anymore- not sure if it has anything to do with this?

Hello there! You should be receiving all notification emails at your administrative contact email. Could you please confirm that it is correct? The instructions for adjusting your email, as well as troubleshooting email notification issues can be found here:

Is that email address correct?
If so, could you give me a link to a recent blog post that you didn’t receive an email notification for? I can use that to investigate this for you.

That email is a correct one- however it has the name of my old blog in it, and I have tried to change it.
Should I tell you here publicly what my new email address is?
However, I’m not getting emails at any of them (I have other gmail accounts too, and they all seem to come into use at various times- my fault I guess- but don’t know how to stop it.

Hi there,
You should be getting email notifications at that email address in your account settings. Could you double check the Gmail Social and Promotions tabs and Spam folder to make sure the emails didn’t end up there?
If you don’t find them, you can give me the link of a recent blog post that you should have gotten a notification for, and I can use that to investigate it on our end.

Sure thing, if you’re having trouble changing your account email address you can reply here to tell me what email address you want to use. Our forum software will hide the address from everyone except staff.
Please note that your account email address can’t be used already for any other WordPress.com account. Often if there’s trouble changing your account email address it’s because the new email address is already linked to another account. We have more about that here: Email Address

Oh my gosh- embarassing- I did find the emails in another folder that I didn’t even know I had- 385 of of them! Thank you so much.
Now, I definitely am having problems with sorting my emails and accounts out- really not sure how to do that.

Someone else helped me last night and the email account problem is resolved. Thank you for asking, and I appreciate your help on the other!
