Not receiving email notifications

Hi, I have stopped receiving email notifications to approve replies to blog postings. I received a couple of replies then they stopped.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your posts, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

and A comment is held for moderation.For the other 2, the first is unticked, the second is ticked.

__Comment author must have a previously approved commentMy email address under settings is the one I should get notifications sent to.

I’ve just found all the comments in the spam folder. I can classify them as “Not spam” but don’t understand why they went in there in the first place. Can anyone help with this?

It’s possible that our spam filter accidentally marked certain comments as spam. Marking them manually as ‘Not spam’ helps our spam filter to learn from its mistakes.
