Not receiving Email Post Changes since Apr 8

We haven’t been receiving Email Post Changes for our changes in the past week (last one we received was Apr 7). We have checked our spam box and it hasn’t been going there either.

I checked out your settings on your site’s dashboard at Settings -> Email Post Changes and it looks like you don’t have any users checked in the “users to email” field.
Check at least one of the users in that area and they should receive the notification when anything changes. Here’s more information on this setting:

Although we originally had no user checked, we had an email address listed in the “other emails” box. Again, I reiterate that this had been working prior and we only stopped receiving the alerts since April 7. On your recommendation, I’ve checked a couple of the users to receive alerts. We are still not receiving any. Please help.

That is weird. I tested it and I can confirm they’re not working for me either.
I’m going to have our developers take a closer look to see what might be happening here. I’ll get back in touch once I have more information.
