Not receiving email transfer code to transfer domain

  I am trying to transfer my domain from wordpress.com to another host and am not receiving the email transfer code needed to do so.
  1) The domain contacts information under “my domains” is correct for my email. I have recently disable domain privacy.
  2) The email is not in my spam folder
